In order to improve the level and scope of foreign affairs service, according to needs of foreign expatriates in Changzhou, Changzhou International Exchange Center (Changzhou Service Center For Friendship With Foreign Countries), a subordinate unit of Changzhou Foreign Affairs Office, actively provides foreign affairs certificate agency service for foreign expatriates in Changzhou.

With the help of Changzhou International Exchange Center, Mr.Baran (CEO of ThyssenKrupp steering system (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. ) and his family members' residence permits and other documents were handled. Under the communication and contact of Changzhou International Exchange Center, the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Xinbei District took the initiative to visit the site to understand the specific situation, helped solve the problem on the basis of complying with the policies and regulations.

At 9:00 a.m. on October 15, 2019,the CEO Assistant of ThyssenKrupp steering system (Changzhou) Co., Ltd., presented a banner to Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of Xinbei District as a token of appreciation, on behalf of  Mr. Baran.
