工作内容及要求：

一、组织发展

1、根据公司战略目标，制定人力资源规划，协助总经理搭建和调整组织架构、管控流程，组织拟定各部门及各岗位职责并定期完善，确保各部门各岗位权责分明；

根据公司经营战略，不断修订完善绩效管理制度并组织实施，对各部门绩效评估过程进行监督控制，及时解决其中出现的问题，使绩效管理体系能够落到实处；

三、招聘管理

根据定编和人员流动情况，制定招聘计划，并按计划及时组织招聘到位符合岗位要求的人员；

四、培训管理

负责建立和完善培训体系，组织编制年度培训计划和预算。根据公司对人员要求，对培训调研、培训计划、员工培训和培训实施效果进行检查、指导；

五、薪酬福利管理

负责建立和完善薪酬福利体系，组织编制年度薪酬福利预算，并严格管控预算执行情况；

六、员工关系：负责员工关系的管理与维护。

七、其他：完成领导交办的其他工作。

任职资格：

1.人力资源、管理或相关专业本科及以上学历；

2.8年以上大、中型房企相关工作经验，5年以上人力资源总监或人力资源部经理工作经验；标杆房企工作背景******。

岗位职责：

1.        协助总经理制定事业部发展战略，审核所分管部门或公司的年度工作计划；

2.        对相关建设及运营项目进行审批，并监督、控制经营计划的实施过程，对重大差异提出有效的纠正，确保年度经营目标的实现；

3.        审核成本管理标准，并审批成本管理执行方案，对相关项目的进展进行监督，确保项目的顺利推进；

4.        贯彻执行公司的各项规章制度，建立健全本事业部的管理体系，提升整体管理水平；

5.        组织定期召开周、月经营管理会议，形成周、月经营工作计划并监督执行；

6.        建立良好的内外沟通渠道，一方面定期向总经理汇报计划执行情况，与集团职能部门保持沟通；另一方面确保与政府机构、供应商等顺畅的沟通。

工作内容：

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibility

  - Create product concepts, DFMEAs, DVPRs based on customer needs past experience and input from TPM and SE.
  - Understanding and applying engineering product and material specification perform engineering calculations and testing to select best product to meet customer needs. 
  - Understanding and applying design guides
  - Creating 2D and 3D CAD models using Company or customer specified software and meeting customer requirements & standardized, implement ECR as necessary.
  - Evaluating designs for ease of assembly / manufacture and the use of common components
  - Calculating product static and dynamic loads, Performing stress/ strain calculations
  - Performing tolerance stack ups and clearance checks
  - Perform 3D layout package check based on customer provided package criterion. 
  - Plan and actively participate in development of products working with suppliers of components, perform process capability and cost analysis. Supplying engineering BOM for the quotation.
  - As required meet with customer and present technical product solution presentation.
  - Interact with colleagues to discover new ideas and leverage existing ideas which will ultimately lead to new products and/or improvements to existing products
  - Planning, implementing and managing engineering projects align with 4 phase

  - Communicating design requirements to our purchasing, manufacturing and quality departments as well as to our component suppliers

  Qualifications
  - 8~10 years or more working experience in user experience design,Understand software development process,Experience in bath industry design is preferred
  - Familiar with product design tools such as Axure, Photoshop, Illustrator, MS Office and other design tools
  - Good logical thinking and strong execution in customer requirement analyst and working task
  - Fluent English communication skills in both oral and written is preferred
  - Bachelors or Masters degree in design is preferred but not mandatory
